Opened in 1992, this 18 hole, PAR 72, Peter Thompson designed course is about 30 minutes drive south of Pattaya. The sister course to the much younger & tougher Par 74, St. Andrews 2000 it is a beautifully landscaped course lodged on the side of a hill & takes its features from the large rocky outcrops, boulders & native fauna that are featured in the local terrain. Bunkers have been used very intelligently, inviting a good golfer to go for the drive over them while the not quite so proficient player has plenty of room to lay up. The Country Club complex also incorporates a large fine clubhouse, equestrian track and a polo club.
