Opened in March 2008, this 27-hole golf course was designed by Schmidt & Curley Design Inc. The Plantation name was given in the honor of the historic sugar cane, tapioca & pineapple plantations & each 9-hole is named accordingly. Novotek ultradwarf Bermuda grass was chosen for the greens. The rest of the grass areas are grassed with the Seashore Paspalum, a revolutionary strand typically used in tropical & subtropical climates in coastal areas. Groundcovers such as Red Fountain grass, Love grass & Yellow Peanut grass are widely planted & blended into native grasses. The Plantation Cafe serves Asian & international dishes, the tournament balcony overlooks the only Triple Greens, 3 greens of 3 golf holes occupying almost 3,000-sqm. while the Sunset Terrace enjoys the views of the ocean & the sunset and lights of Pattaya. A pro shop & complimentary lockers & showers complete the clubhouse facilities.
